Every project starts with a problem. In the case of the picture above it was space. Compounded by the fact that adding out was not a good option. Expanding up was the best solution. What made this project particularly challenging was to remove the top of the house and expand upward while there is a family of four as well as a thriving business living underneath. We had to come up with some creative solutions. We did.
